Bata Belt Flex Tester / Hydrolysis Tester / DIN Abrasion Tester

Bata Belt Flex Tester for sole, as per ISO 16177 : 2012(E)

The machine comprises of a base on which is mounted an arrangement where in two pulleys are rotating at a speed of 247rpm through fabric belt, so that belt completes 90cycles./min. The driver pulley is having a diameter of 225mm & the pulley is 60 ± 0.5mm & an additional pulley of 90 ± 0.5mm is also provided, complete with electronic counter. The machine is suitable for operation on 220/230Volts, 1 phase A.C. supply.

Hydrolysis Tester for outsole

Basically a Ross Flexing Machine fitted in a Freezing Cabinet, as per clause 5.8.5 of IS : 15298 for checking cut growth. This is a flex test conducted in a refrigerator cabinet at -5°C ± 2°C. Three test piece of size 25mm wide & 150mm long are tested in this machine.
