It is designed to determine hardness number and load quotient of the polyurethane foam. It consists of an arrangement wherein the load is indicated on a digital indicator connected to the electronic load cell & the deflection is also indicated on the digital indicator. An arrangement is provided for switching off the motor automatically when the desired compression of the foam is reached. The whole equipment is built on a rigid fabricated steel frame. The machine operates on 220/230Volts, 1 Ø A.C. supply.
